Christina Backus

Assistant Project Manager
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Christina received her B.S. in Construction Science in 2013. She has been in the construction industry since 2012 and has been with Atlas since 2015.

Adam Bales

Senior Project Manager
Adam has served as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Project Manager and VP of Construction Operations for various projects. He has been in the construction industry since 1993 and has been with Atlas since 2007.

John Behl

Project Superintendent
John has been in the construction industry since 1983 and joined the Atlas team in 2017.

Brandon Box

Executive Vice President
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Brandon received his B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology in 2011. He has been in the construction industry since 1999 and has been with Atlas since 2015.

Trent Brown

Project Superintendent
A graduate of Gospel Bible Institute, Trent received his B.S. in theology in 1991. He has been in the construction industry since 1985 and has been with Atlas since 2009.

James Butler

Project Superintendent
Buster has been in the construction industry since 2006 and has been with Atlas since 2015.

Casey Caldwell

Vice President of Pre-Construction
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Casey received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 2001. Casey then received his M.S in Engineering Management in 2004. He received his M.S. in Construction Science in 2007 from the University of Oklahoma. Casey has been in the construction industry since 2006 and has been with Atlas since 2014.

Stephen Carter

Project Manager
A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Stephen received his B.S. in Construction Management in 2009. He has been in the construction industry since 2004 and has been with Atlas since 2016.

Brian Cherry

Project Manager
Prior to the construction industry, Brian owned and operated a successful retail chain and proudly served in the United States Navy. He has been in the construction industry since 2010 and has been with Atlas since 2011.

Jeff Clark

Project Superintendent
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Landscape Contracting in 1990. He has been in the construction industry since 1991 and has been with Atlas since 2017.

Beth Crye

Project Administrator
Beth has been in the construction industry since 2005 and joined the Atlas team in 2016.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Brent received his B.S. in Construction Science in 2001. He has been in the construction industry since 2001 and has been with Atlas since 2016.

Mark has been in the construction industry since 1976 and has been with Atlas since 2016.

Linda Frazier

Staff Accountant
Linda has several years of experience in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources. She is currently pursuing her BS in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado. Linda has been in the construction industry since 2002 and with Atlas since 2017.

Matthew Fox

Safety Coordinator
A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Matt received his B.S. in Industrial Safety in 2014. He has been in the construction industry since 2006 and has been with Atlas since 2014.

Kirsten Graminski

Estimating Administrator
A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Kirsten received her B.S. in Medical Science with a minor in Organic Chemistry. She has been in the construction industry since joining the Atlas team in 2016.

Michael Grammer

Project Superintendent
A graduate of ITT Technical Institute – Tulsa, Michael received his associates degree in Applied Science in Drafting and Design in 2010. He has been in the construction industry since 2008 and with Atlas since 2017.

A graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Lance received his B.S. in Business Management and Criminal Justice in 1990. Lance has been in the construction industry since 2005 and has been with Atlas since 2016.

Tim Jackson

Project Manager/Superintendent
A graduate of the Oklahoma State University, Tim received his B.S. in Construction Management in 2014. He has been in the construction industry since 2012 and has been with Atlas since 2014.

Robert Johnson

Project Manager
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Robert received his B.S. in Construction Management Technology in 2010. He has been in the construction industry since 2007 and with Atlas since 2017.

Matthew Knight

COO/CFO
A graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Engineering Technology in Stillwater, Matthew received his B.S. in Construction Management Technology in 1996. He has been with Atlas since 2008 and became Chief Operating Officer in January 2012.

Jon has been in the construction industry since 1989 and has been with Atlas since 2008.

Dean Locklear

Project Manager
A graduate of Seminole State College, Dean received his Associates Degree. He has been in the construction industry since 1999, working mainly on Federal Government Military projects. Dean joined the Atlas team in 2015.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, David received his B.S. in Business Management in 2008. He has been in the construction industry since 2003 and has been with Atlas since 2012

Mike Owen

CEO
A graduate of the University Of Oklahoma College Of Architecture in Norman, Mike received his B.S. in Construction Science and a minor in Architecture and Environmental Design in 1993. He has been with Atlas since 1999 and became CEO in January 2012.

Mike Phillips

Estimator/Project Manager
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Mike received his degree in Construction Technology in 1990. Mike is a Certified Professional Estimator and a Certified Professional Constructor. He has been in the construction industry since 1982 and joined Atlas in 2017.

Ted Poelma

Project Superintendent
A vested member of The Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters, Ted began working in the commercial construction industry in May 1980, and has worked for Atlas Construction Group since February 2017.

Brady Ramsey

Project Superintendent
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Brady received his B.S. in Marketing in 2008. Brady has been in the construction industry since 2001 and has been with Atlas since 2014.

Kevin Rogers

Superintendent
Kevin was trained in the Carpenters Union from Apprentice to Master Carpenter. He has been in the construction industry since 1973 and has been with Atlas since 2016.

Rachel Rycroft

Project Administrator
A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Rachel received her B.S. in Family Life Education with a minor in Business in 2008. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Relations. Rachel has been in the construction industry since joining the Atlas team in 2015.

Randa Sabadlab

Project Engineer
Estimating Administrator

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Randa received her B.S. in Biology in 2002. She has been in the construction industry since 2012 and has been with Atlas since 2016.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Steve received his B.S. in Construction Science in 1995. He has been in the construction industry since 1995 and has been with Atlas since 2015.

Heather Thomasson

Project Administrator
A soon-to-be graduate of Mid-America Christian University, Heather is currently pursuing a B.S degree in Accounting, and plans to apply that in her administrative roles at Atlas. She has been in the construction industry since 2007 and has been with Atlas since 2014.

Shelby Woodward

Shelby has been in the construction industry since 1999 and has been with Atlas since 2015.
